The Commissioning Process:
A commission usually begins with a call or a message exchange. There is no obligation on either side - this chat is really to explore the fit and to chat over possibilities.
Once a timeline and price is agreed, I get to work and keep the client updated via messages, video calls and images.
All commissions are made by myself, in oil paint, on canvas support (you may want to choose wrapped canvas or canvas board).
Before I start working on the commission, the price should be paid in full (i.e. by adding this listing to your chart and proceeding with the check out).
As I could not figure out a better way to price a commission, prices varies by the size of the canvas of choice as follows:
- Small Standard Canvas: from 10 cm to 20 cm (3.9 inches to 7.87 inches) measured at the shorter side: 300 Euros (348 USD).
- Large Standard Canvas: from 21 cm to 30 cm (8.2 inches to 11.8 inches) measured at the shorter side: 420 Euros (487 USD).
- Extra Large Standard Canvas: from 31 cm to 50 cm (12.2 inches to 19.6 inches) measured at the shorter side: 780 Euros ( 905 USD).
